Happy New Year

Our Christmas card this year highlighted our 2010:

C- is for the much needed Coffee Shana starts her day with. She is teaching elementary

     art full-time this year in Beaver Dam.

H- is for the vacation we took to Kona, Hawaii in April. Kyle won a drawing at work to    

     send us on the adventure.

R- is for the many Road trips we made to visit family in Illinois and Michigan.

I-  is for the Inspiring class of 7^th and 8^th Graders we are teaching at Sunday

     School this year

S- is for San Antonio, where Kyle has made a few work trips. He is in his 3^rd year as a

     salesman for Conney Safety Products and was promoted to a National Account

     Manager this past year.

T- is for the Town of Columbus, Wisconsin where we bought our first house this year. It

     was built in 1908 and has plenty of character.

M- is for the Many friends and family who helped with our moving in and remodeling

      process, including tons of painting, cleaning, carpet-removing, upstairs laundry, and

      new closet-building.

A- is for Announcing – Kyle is now the play-by-play announcer for Edgewood College

     basketball webcasts.

S- is for the Surprise bash Shana threw for Kyle’s 30^th B-Day in October.

2 odds-beating tetra fish, still alive going on year 3 despite spotty feedings and even a

    fall to the floor (don’t ask).

0 bats in our attic – that wasn’t the case earlier this year.

1 great new couple met – Kevin and Heidi Jackson (softball team, bowling team, church,

    chicken-wing grilling – what a year)

We are excited to find out what 2011 has in store for us, and what better way to ring in the New Year than with friends. Kyle and I hosted New Years at our house with a few of our favorite couples.
